Chicken Mechado ala Maru

• chicken breast
• pechay
• potatoes
• green peas
• red bell pepper
• DEL MONTE Classic Mechado Caldereta Recipe Sauce

SIMMER chicken in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes. ADD pechay, green peas, potatoes and bell pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Classic Recipe Sauce then simmer for another 5 minutes.
